Art Deco Ski Figures, c. 1930
A pair of Art Deco carved ski figures, one in downhill skiing pose, the other static, holding his skis, in traditional 1930’s skiing attire, both carved out of softwood with a warm patine. Height of downhill skier: 13 inches (33 cms), height of standing figure: 15 inches (38 cms). French, circa 1930s.
