‘Les Skiers’ by George Maxim, c. 1925

A large and very stylish Art Deco bronze, circa 1925, depicting a group of four skiers in Art Deco ski outfits, ascending a slope, the layered, angled base in hewn granite, with white marble ‘snow’ each skier marked BRONZE, the marble base signed GEO.MAXIM. French, circa 1925.
