Sailors cocktail shaker, 1930s

A very stylish clear-glass cocktail shaker set, consisting of 6 glasses and a straight-sided cocktail shaker, with chrome cap and integral strainer, each piece in the set hand-painted with differenent scenes of ‘carousing’ sailors, drinking and playing instruments, the main body of the shaker painted with four merry sailors and a lady in a red dress, smoking a cigarette. American, circa 1930s.

Height of shaker: 12 inches (30 cms) & height of each glass 3 inches (8 cms).
