Smokers ‘Trio’ by Asprey, 1898

An extraordinary portable smokers ‘Trio’, consisting of three Sterling silver-mounted crocodile hide cases, one for large cigars, one for cigarettes or cigarillos and the last a match safe with applied striker to the top. Each of telescopic form, the hides marked Asprey Maker -166 Bond Street in gold to the inner liner of each, each one bearing an applied ornate sterling silver monogram. The mounts fully marked Charles Asprey (C.A), and dated London circa 1898.
